Cramp Tincture
A tincture to relieve pain and discomfort leading up to and during menstruation. These herbs also contribute to support and regulate the female hormones.
A tincture I created for myself whilst dealing with severe menstrual discomfort. Allowing me to step away from relying on synthetic pain medication and to be with my Womb in a new ways during my bleeding time. Now as my womb has healed I use every few months or so when called.
Containing: Cramp bark, yarrow, motherwort, meadow sweet, Mullien root and Ashwaghanda in alcohol.
All plants grown, harvested and tinctured with my hands- except ashwaghanda which was purchased commercially grown.
Suggested dose- 1-3 ml in water in morning and evening or if discomfort is persistent can be taken hourly until pain is eased.
